I'm now creating WEBQUEST, the online lesson for my sutdents. Webquest is the part of my first course of my master degree in Curriculum and Instruction. If I finish preparing all website components, I'll upload them to PIRUN university server to store some of my documents. I just imagine if Pirun server is UNDER-construction how I can upload and publish my documents online...
If you have gmail account, then you have right to use free server of google which called "Google drive".
to get google drive, you have to install "google drive folder" in your computer. In this case, I chose drive d: to be the destination of google drive. This folder will function as "Door of Sharing" between your computer and this entire blue planet.

You just drop document you want to upload in this folder. after that you do "right click" to the document file and choose "Google drive" and then choose "share" as the following illustration:
After that there will be the sharing setting window you have to choose "public" and save setting.
It will show "URL" link (the blue text); it's now available to share you document file.
Now it's time to test whether the link is work or not.
I've tried posting on my Facebook.
Free document for DELF is now available !!!
Using GOOGLE DRIVE is not difficult, just try it.
Hope you will enjoy trying upload your files... Don't forget to share me some!!
